Planning and conflict radar
Collaboration of planners and project managers
How do you plan
orders in Gantt charts?
Orders are scheduled via an algorithm and displayed on a Gantt chart as planning objects. The Gantt chart uses various techniques to represent projects, orders and resource availability.
In the Gantt chart, the planning objects can be edited and moved. Here, the user is supported by a variety of smarter features.
“I follow my orders and control progress on my tablet“
You can plan the project level on the timeline. Here you can visualize the business activities involved before and after manufacturing.
“At a glance, I can see which
machines are available
at what time.”
Orders include a work plan (in planeus we call these technologies). The work plan contains the manufacturing steps necessary to complete the order. Each operation is assigned a resource. On this basis, you can organize the planning of both your employees and machinery.
“With planeus, I can quickly
and find solutions to solve them.”
Lists of conflicts from planning: Here, you will get a quick overview of which aspects of production are more urgent. Planeus distinguishes different types of conflicts, such as resource overloads, exceeded delivery dates, and pending feedback.
