In planeus, your role in production matters!
4 Roles, 5 Modules.
planeus is an intuitive and powerful Production Planning & Control (PPC) system that delivers the right information, to the right team member, at the right time.
4 user roles are available by default:
- Manager – A detailed overview of the situation as a whole.
- Production Planner – Full access to effective production planning and control.
- Project Manager – A clear foresight and control over the projects at hand.
- Worker – An overview of current and pending tasks and can request backorders if needed.
“I need to track my orders and the progress of the production project.“
Of course, these are only the user roles we’ve set up for you!
You can always mix and match our modules to create your user roles when needed!
Planning Module equips you with drag&drop Gantt charts and provides comprehensive insights into ongoing projects, scheduled orders, working processes, and more. Its smart features and helpful tools are here to aid you in capacity planning.
Conflict Radar foresees your plan before troubles come. Gone were the days of searching in the dark: Production Conflicts, such as capacity overload, deadlines overdue or missing key production data, now all at one glance.
Dashboard Module — The home to manufacturing KPIs, utilization graphs, conflict counters, order status, and other insightful information, visualizing all your critical data in a simple and highly customizable interface.
Reporting Module — A comprehensive analysis of your production plans. Improve your industrial competitiveness with the help of statistics, such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Throughput Times, Capacity Utilization, and Target/Actual Comparison.
Workbench Module is the modern definition of real-time Shop Floor Data Collection (SFDC). Even with zero training, workers can manage their current and next jobs and directly send their feedback back to their managers.
“Dashboard is the best way to track our current and future progress!“
